ABC Clio Schools
provides resources for research in American History, World Geography, and World History including articles, primary resources, and maps, all correlated with the curriculum.

Ebsco
contains resources for K-12 students and staff. Searchasaurus is an elementary resource that provides magazines and reference materials.   EBSCOHost is a secondary resource which provides magazine articles and other reference materials. EBSCOHost Multilingual  is the same resource but allows searches in eleven languages. Results are only in English. There are two versions of NoveList, one for K-8 and one for upper grades. NoveList provides useful information about books and authors. Many of the articles in EBSCO are lexiled.  EBSCO Publishing/EBSCOhost is the registered trademark of EBSCO Publishing


netTrekker
organizes web sites around the K–12 curricula. All sites are evaluated for academic integrity and age appropriateness before they are considered. Users can search by grade level. Resources are aligned with the state standards.

Thomson Gale
provides access to 16 curriculum-focused databases. These online resources allows users to search 7,408 full-text periodicals and more than 1,400 reference sources, plus a multitude of images, maps, flags, seals, charts, graphs and primary source documents.  Included is Student Resource Center Gold, Kids InfoBits, Literature Resource Center, Junior Reference Collection and Discovering Collection products. Additional resources include Professional Collection, a custom selection of more than 300 full-text journals for educators and ˇInforme!, a database of popular Spanish-language periodical content, and the latest edition of the Texas Almanac Online.


Turnitin
provides services for High School teachers concerned with academic integrity of student work. The primary focus of this service is to prevent plagiarism. This online service allows teacher to check to see that students are writing their own assignments. To obtain School ID#, password, and usage information, contact Deborah Hall.

Wilson Web
provides professional journals and entire articles on many subjects related to education.

World Book Online Reference Center
includes magazine articles, a dictionary, an atlas, an intermediate Spanish encyclopedia, and pictures as well as standard encyclopedia features.
